Hey y’all! So who here wants to learn how to TWERK?!?! I attended Boston’s Twerk Fitness Festival hosted by The Boss Chicks Dance Workout AND HUNNY it was a WORKOUT!!!

I signed up for all four classes but lasted through 3 (my knees filed a cease and assist!!)

Overall, this was a DOPE workshop and I can’t wait to attend @bosschickvee class!!!!

1 DAY, 4 CLASSES of hard twerk- turning up, twerkin out, and turnin' down for what?! Get lit with your twerk besties, build confidence, learn to twerk, and burn major calories!

Class Descriptions:

Twerk 101/102: Technique
Beginning/intermediate course to learn all of our signature twerk steps and techniques including floor work. Knee pads recommended.

Twerk Cardio: Turn Up
Follow-along twerkout session to the best of Hip-hop, Dancehall, and Afrobeats

Twerkography: (Female Dance Hall): Transform
This class is a female dancehall class with a focus on authentic female dancehall technique and choreography.

Twerk Heels: Tease N' Twerk
Sexy heels and floor work twerk choreography class.
