Ingredients you will need:
For the dough:
1 cup plain flour
½ cup unsalted butter, cold
¼ cup cold water
¼ tsp salt

For the filling and topping:
¼ cup melted unsalted butter
¼ cup white sugar

Preheat oven to 190C and bake the otap for 6 minutes. After 6 minutes, reduce the temperature to 150 C and bake it for another 15 minutes. Once baked, turn off the oven and leave the otap inside the oven for at least 20 minutes.
