Kanga Cottage Cabin 18x48 + 14x24 - 2 Kangas with a unique layout!

From our instagram video archive, we tour the shell installation of 2 Kangas, connected by decks and porches. The way we put these two cottages together is unique to the way we normally connect our Kangas with a single roofline and breezeway.

One unit is 18' x 48' (864 sqft.) and will house 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, utility room, with a large kitchen and living area. The 14' x 24' unit (336 sqft.) will house a bed and bath suite with a wet bar. Perfect for guests.

This client only purchased a "shell" from Kanga, so what you see in the video in near complete from the Kanga end. We hope to get updated pictures from our clients to show off the finished product!

What is a shell? A shell is when the building is near complete on the exterior with the inside still needing to be finished out. Many of our customers choose purchase a "shell" in which Kanga Room's will deliver and install a fully dried in building that is about 95% complete on the exterior and leaves the interior for the customer to finish out with their own time and resources. A shell installation usually only takes 1-2 days for a smaller building, and less than a week even for larger buildings. We also give you the option of doing the rough-ins for plumbing and electrical.
