Paypal Scammer says he will pay for gift cards but won't give payment details

Paypal Scammer says he will pay for gift cards but won't give payment details.

This scammer gets me to drive to the Walmart store in order to purchase gift cards as part of a refund scam routine. However, When I ask him to provide bank details so I can purchase the cards, he decides to hang up the line.
