As for the first scenes, Naruto was locked in a Shinobi Unstable facility and spent many years there.
He was locked up there sometime after he killed a shinobi (the one who wanted to rape him).
He was then 6 years old. The only ones who visited him were the 3 Hokage and Jiraya

Anyway, hopefully it's the universe and the reasons why Naruto went crazy are more understandable, come on, you can still conclude that I haven't discovered the whole truth. But that's life, I like reading your theories
