The videos on this channel are edited to provide positive feedback to the student.

We're ALL born with this innate ability to see & read without our eyes, some easier then others. Children come by it naturally and can see immediately in real time, but they also acquire other gifts. This practice opens up your third eye and allows your consciousness to open thus allowing other gifts depending on the person and how much time they put into practice.

I would like to thank Leonie Appelt for introducing me to Seeing Blindfolded, and always being there to practice with and for her support.

And also for Rob Freeman for being my practice partner for almost 4 years. As we progressed we tried out many things, both of us willing to learn, try anything, and supporting each other in our goal.

ICU with Karen Osborne was my first teacher in Dec 2017. At that course I had the privilege to teach children and see how amazing they really are.

My second teacher was Mihaela Istrati from Infovison, and Mark Komissarov. This time I had amazing things happen like seeing colours from anywhere around me. Also, in a private session, I saw a desk and light, with the blindfold on (tight). in real time. I wish to thank her for being a friend and giving me tips and suggestions so I may learn.

My third teacher was Nikolay Denisov and Marina Kaspirova. They way they teach was totally different with no mask, only eyes shut.
During this month long course, I continually started to see the room and also was able to read with my eyes closed.

I took a free course from Carolyne Cory but found it was a combination of all the courses we took.

I also practiced with Mas Monchu from Maripati Putih.

Sample exercises to try before practice to See Blindfolded.

Sit in a comfortable chair and try to relax. Tensing all muscles then relaxing.
Deep breaths.
Take yourself to a place you love and notice the little things. Beach, your house, your favourite vacation.
Move your eyes back and forth to 2 fixed points
Breathing through your left nostril.
Laughing, having fun, watching a comedy.
Drawing circles in the air, and then reversing separately.
Distractions like tapping mask, snapping fingers, clapping.
Meditation
Humming, singing favourite song in your head.
Your partner giving you time limits.
Warming up with known images.
Visualize and feel an energy ball between your hands.
Visualize your hand holding that card.
Taking a quiet walk before practice.

Put on the mask, relax, and then start looking for a subtle hue of colour. It can be a quick haze, flash spot, or jagged line. You are looking for what you actually see not imagine. With daily practice your results will continually get better.

Go the the dollar store and pick up some preferably fluorescent sheets of paper. Make up Shapes and letters, even purchase cards at the dollar store.
