Just wanted to let you know that so far I’m getting good feedback from the team. It’s going to make a huge impact on everyone and they all know it.

They used to equate training with boring [the competition's] videos, so they all think Grant is Awesome!

We had our first meeting today and had awesome group participation and very positive feedback from the team.

People are watching videos (even at home!) the attitudes are already changing and there’s a noticeable increase of positive energy on the floor.

Really powerful and exciting stuff man, thanks again for helping us get this up and running. I have to say even I’m shocked they are falling in line this fast! At the end of the meeting, one of our new guys asked “do we get to do this every day now, because that was super helpful!?”

Amazing the paradigm shift from “do we have to” (chore) has changed to “do we get to”.
