My doctor's appointment is scheduled for December 3. I'm both excited and terrified, but I know it will be okay. I have someone to go with me and support me. I have a mobility device I feel safe with, and it's not very far from my apartment, so it won't be a long ride in the Uber.

Thanks to all the folks who encouraged and supported me while I got the courage to take these baby steps to get my health on track. It's not been easy for me.

Also, this is a mukbang channel, and while this meal is home-cooked and pretty healthy, most of my content is going to be not-so-healthy choices. That will bother some people and when I eat healthy meals, that will also bother people. I can't please everybody all the time, but I sure can please myself. lol
