Father
In the name of Jesus Christ,
I come before You with reverence and faith.

Your Word declares that the oil is a symbol of Your Holy Spirit,
of consecration, healing, and setting apart.
As it is written, “You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over.” (Psalm 23:5)

Father, I ask now that you sanctify and consecrate this oil.
Let it no longer be common use,
but let it be set apart for holy purpose.

I ask that as this oil is applied in faith:

Let the Holy Spirit be present and active

Let healing flow according to Your will

Let burdens lift and yokes be destroyed

Let peace, clarity, and restoration be released


Your Word says, “Is anyone among you sick? Let them call for the elders of the church… and let them pray over them, anointing them with oil in the name of the Lord.” (James 5:14)

So in obedience to Your Word,
I dedicate this oil unto You,
not trusting in the oil itself,
but in You alone, the true source of power.

Let every anointing bring glory to Jesus Christ.
Let every prayer be aligned with heaven.
Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

I seal this prayer in faith,
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ,
Amen.
