Lamahatta Eco Park - It's a Eco Park is a beautiful park surrounded by Japanese Pine trees. There is a sacred pond for which you need to trek for approx 1 km.We saw this during our travel from Darjeeling to Takdah.
Ticket - Rs 20 per person
Timing - 8 AM to 5 PM

Yangdup Homestay - It's about 5 km from Lamahatta Eco Park. We had lunch here, Food at this restaurant was authentic.
Tariff: Rs 1500 per person include meals.

Takdah Villa - It’s about 30 km from Darjeeling. We booked accommodation here and also enjoyed the Local dance and music.

We paid cost for Nepali folk that we saw, paid Rs 2500 for this, had great time at this place because of humble homestay owners, their effort in organizing Nepali folk for us.

Chagpori Tibetan Medical Institute - Here students practice traditional Tibetan medicines.

Sambhala Heritage Bungalow - This bungalow is from 1911. There are a total of 6 rooms in this bungalow. We had breakfast here.
There are many more such bungalows in Takdah some have stay facility as well.

Takdah Orchid Center - Here a variety of rare Himalayan orchids are cultivated. It is one of the favorite tourist destinations of Takdah.
Ticket - Rs 20 per person
Timing - 9 AM to 4 PM

Hanging Bridge - It is the oldest wooden bridge of Takdah made in 1916 by the British. Nowadays it is broken. Just below the Pubang tea garden.

Takdah Forest Club House - It was established in 1911.

Gumbadara Viewpoint - It is located on top of hills coming towards Darjeeling. Here tourists enjoy the beautiful views of the Himalayan and green valley. Best time to enjoy the scenic view from Nov to Dec.

Lovers Meet Viewpoint - Here you can see the sangam of Rangeet and Teesta river.

We booked accommodation in Yuru Retreat, Delo which is about 7 to 8 km from Kalimpong Market. You need your own vehicle to reach this place. Though accommodation is expensive but if you are looking at peaceful place to stay then this can be a good choice.
