Steps to Convert Spool Request to PDF:
1)Generate a Spool Request: First, generate a spool request from the document you want to print. You can do this from any SAP transaction that allows printing, but ensure you don't choose "print immediately".
2)Find the Spool Request Number: Note down the spool request number. You can find this in transaction SP01 or SP02.
3)Access Transaction SE38: Go to transaction SE38 (or SA38).
4)Execute Report RSTXPDFT4: Enter the report name RSTXPDFT4 and click "Execute".
5)Enter Spool Request Number: In the selection screen, enter the spool request number you noted down.
6)Specify PDF File Path: Define the folder and filename for the PDF file to be created.
7)Execute the Program: Click "Execute" to run the program.
8)Check the Log: The system will display a log indicating whether the report was successful.
9)Locate the PDF File: Access the defined path to find the PDF file.
