Electroplating or we call it plating, is a mature technology in making abrasive tools, by using electric current and plating liquid to cover a thin single layer of abrasive particle on the metal base. Electroplated tools have advantages of needless of dressing or coolants, high working speed due to single layer, and some high precision dressing rollers can only be made by plating technology. What’s more, plating is the most feasible technology to reduce the raw material cost and capitals invest.

The production of our electroplated products starts with the saw cutting of the metal base, normally is aluminium or steel, after cutting, the base will be send into a machine and be processed into the shape that customer required. Then the processed base will be sent to the plating workshop to do the plating. After plating and final finish, we will inspect, laser-carve and package them. At last, they will take some days of traveling and arrive at customers’ hand.
