EASY JAMAICAN OXTAIL STEW | SONJDRADELUXE

HI EVERYONE HAPPY MONDAY! Back at with another cooking video, on of my favourite dishes of all time OXTAIL!! Omg this Is so tender and such a comfort food dish I hope you enjoy. This is another slow and low technique. Brown the meat, add the onion, add water to deglaze the bottom of the pan, bring to a boil on HIGH, once it’s boiling cover and simmer on lowww. White vinegar - to wash your oxtail rinse clean

Oxtail -marinate 24h minimum 3

Onion

Scallion or Green Onion

Irie Spices and Herbs seasoning - use a mild seasoning just to kick start the flavour of the dish.. the stars of this dish are added later on!

Scotch bonnet pepper MAJOR FLAVOUR take it out half way if you don’t like spice

Whole pimento MAJOR FLAVOUR

Fresh thyme MAJOR FLAVOR

Butter beans / Lima beans optional

Carrot optional

Red Pepper optional but also can use green, yellow, orange, or red. I chose red because Its my favourite for flavour but also looks nice with the orange carrots
