00:28 Blue shirt reaches for a single with bad posture and gets his neck caught. He is able to circle his head to the inside and get out at 00:35

01:15 Blue shirt is unmindful of his head position again and gets his neck caught. But it ultimately works out for him as he makes his way to the top.

02:40 Blue shirt leaves his arm flared a bit to much as he works that pass and the bottom guy is able to catch a kimura lock. Which he uses to sweep. Blue shirt could have escaped if he had reacted immediately, but he took a second to gather his thought which allowed the other guy to trap his head. There was still a chance to escape because the top guy was a bit lax in his knee position on the back but he fixed it and got the tap.
