Overview

South African leading business coach sells high ticket coaching programs. The target audience is high LSM and ranges from CEOs, other coaches like himself and marketing managers of large enterprises. In this educational case study, Kerri-lee explains how we generated highly targeted leads using our agency's in-house unique approach to facebook ads and funnels.

Challenge

This coaching program has an exceptional platform but was not reaching their potential prospects. Selling a high ticket product has a much longer sales journey and funnel line than usual. They approached 10X Growth Hackers with the objective of getting qualified appointments, so they could seal the deals and scale the business!

The Results

In 3 months we had generated over 500 leads and booked 51 one highly qualified appointments with potential prospects to the value of R3.5M
With a 10% conversions rate on a month to month basis to the value of R350k

The Strategy

10X Firstly identified that the current user journey had cracks. So the first step was for us to build a high performance, fully integrated sales funnel through click funnels.

As we initially started with very little data, we warmed the accounts up with dynamic static images to gauge what South Africans were taking action to, and allowed the widespread data to give us an indication of market preference.

We then moved into a second layer and took the warm audience straight into conversions through a series of Video Sales Letters.

Ad VSL: A letter to business owners addressing the pain points in the industry
Lander VSL: A letter encouraging the desirable outcome of taking this course & offerings short free training video.
A series of qualifying questions for a prospect to apply before booking a call.
An onboarding welcome series of email to remind the potential customer of the importance of showing up for their calls, and the benefits of taking the course!

The full customer journey is fully integrated from application questions, into emails, into calendly and zoom, to ensure that all admin work was taken off the clients hands and they could focus on what he does best! SALES!
