Realistic Week of Offseason Pro Basketball Training | Pro Open Gyms + King of the Court 1v1s

Come with me for another week of offseason training for my upcoming pro basketball season. I was hooping a lot this week and felt we made some good progress. This week there were multiple pro open runs and a couple 1v1 king of the court sessions. This was a jam packed week... hope you all enjoy.
