Ms. Rachel's good friend Herbie is going to tell us a story today about his good friend, Bean. Bean is two years old and learning to use the potty. It is time to say goodbye to his diapers, because Bean is becoming a big boy! When Bean is all finished using diapers, he will use big kid underwear instead. Ms. Rachel will teach Bean all about the different feelings you get when your body tells you it is time to use the potty. They are called poop and pee feelings. Ms. Rachel assures Bean that while he is learning to use the potty, he might have an accident. Accidents are all a part of the learning process and Bean does not have to feel bad about having them.
