"Quality colt" - Ryan Moore impressed with Espionage at Roscommon

A first visit to Roscommon and a winning one!

Top international rider Ryan Moore stopped by the north-central circuit to ride Galileo colt Espionage in the Listed Lenebane Stakes, one of the feature races of the year at Roscommon, and the pair overcame some adversity to run out fairly cosy winners and signal a promising year ahead.

Epsionage is likely to improve from this belated return and Moore told Racing TV's Johnny Ward after the race that he was "delighted" with the winner. "I think he's a quality colt," the jockey added.

As for Moore's first visit to Roscommon?
