Hot Springs Cove | Tofino, British Columbia

From water taxi, hiking through an old growth rainforest to soaking in natural hot springs along the ocean, this is by far one of the coolest activities in Tofino!

These springs are located in Maquinna Provincial Park within the Ahousaht First Nation territories.

We went with Ahous Adventures because they’re an eco-tour company owned and operated by the Ahousaht Nation. They invite visitors to explore their territories through the lens of people who have stewarded the lands and waters since time immemorial. Our guide was very knowledgeable, teaching us about the Indigenous culture, history and wildlife in the area. We saw sea lions, sea otters, and bald eagles which is just some of the wildlife you may see while on this tour. If you’re planning a trip to Tofino, BC I highly recommend adding this to your itinerary!
