In this video we show you the 3 primary methods to access ShowMe training videos within your intranet or SharePoint environment.

ShowMe Office 365 training videos can be accessed by 3 methods within your intranet or SharePoint online environment;

The first method or area your training videos can be accessed is from the banner menu:

ShowMe Office 365 training videos can be accessed via the banner menu by selecting the “settings menu” or “gear” symbol which will display ShowMe Office 365 in the drop down menu.

Once selected, a pop up window is displayed with the ShowMe Office 365 training window. The ShowMe Office 365 training window includes a drop down of all your training libraries and their associated training videos, a search function, and a “My Learning” library which displays recently viewed videos and any videos you have saved to your profile.

The second method to access your training videos is from any of the 6 included web parts or quick training buttons that can be added to any intranet site or page.

Keep an eye out for these quick learning buttons as they make accessing your training videos easier and “in context” to the work you are performing. Your company has the ability to configure these buttons to display the most relevant training videos right beside the content you are viewing.

The third method to access your training videos is directly from the ribbon menu in any SharePoint list or library. A tab titled “ShowMe” is viewable and once selected will give you the option of viewing, All training categories, My learning and if configured the most relevant training videos in context to your work.

With these 3 easy methods you will now be able to access your on demand training videos and learn how to use all the features included in Office 365.
