Presenter: Joseph Ellis - Graduating from Eastern Kentucky University with a duel Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice and in Police Studies, and a Master’s of Science in Criminology. Joseph has been working with The Fletcher Group’s Rural Center of Excellence, as well as Kentucky’s DBHDID.
