So - what are the qualities of a great business presenter? I think you can split them into three. The first one is to be interesting and engaging. So how do you do that?

First of all - I think it really helps that you're interested in what you're talking about. 'Coz some people aren't! And if you're not - make it very brief so that you don't bore yourself or the audience.
And talk a language your audience understand - like talking to your mother. Would she understand terms like "platform" and 'multilayered" and "strategic"? Talk language that everyone can understand.
Also - be human and approachable. Talk almost conversationally. And make sure you engage every person in the room. So to be interesting and engaging is REALLY important.

The second thing is to get your message across. Great business presenters are not only interesting and engaging, so that they have people listening to them, but they HAVE a message. And YOU think back to the amount of presentations YOU'VE sat through of late that have had no message at all! You scratch your head when you come out and say "That was nice, but what was it about?"
So they need to have a message, and they need to structure it in a way that allows it to come across as a nice ,clear train of thought.

The third one is frankly to be yourself. To be honest, to be open, to be natural.....almost show a little vulnerability sometimes. Because I think we all engage much more instinctively with someone who's being themselves.

So I'd say those are the principal qualities - though not the only ones - of a great business presenter.
