In today’s vlog, I break down exactly:

🛡️ How to prevent it with proper form and warm-ups
💪 Simple exercises and stretches to heal tennis elbow naturally
🇨🇦 Tips straight from my personal training experience in Canada
Whether you're an athlete, office worker, or gym-goer — this video will help you stay pain-free and strong.
Here are 5 exercises that may help with tennis elbow:

1. Wrist extension: Hold your arm straight out, palm down. Bend your wrist up and back towards you, then gently help it stretch further with your other hand.
2. Wrist flexion: Do the same as above, but with your palm facing up and bending your wrist down.
3. Grip strengthening: Squeeze a tennis ball or hand gripper for a few seconds, then release.
4. Forearm pronation/supination: Hold your elbow at your side and bend it 90 degrees. Turn your palm up and down slowly.
5. Towel twist: Twist a towel like you're wringing water out of it.

Remember to start slowly and stop if you feel pain!
