TENDERIZE BEEF:
Add 1 TBSP of water (0:00 – 0:07)
Add 1 TSP pf baking soda (0:09 – 0:12)
Add 1 TSP of cornstarch (0:20 – 0:23)
Set meat aside for a minimum of 30 minutes

PREPARE VEGETABLES:
Julienne Carrots at a quarter inch thick (0:46 – 0:57)
Chop Chinese Broccoli at mixed lengths between 1 inch and 3 inch strips (0:58 – 1:32)

PREPARE WIDE RICE NOODLES:
Mix 1 Ib of fresh wide rice noodles with dark soy sauce: (1:32 – 1:43)

SAUTE BEEF:
Add 1 TBSP of oil and bring to a slight sizzle (1:46 – 1:58)
Add beef to wok/pan and stir ( 1:59 – 2:16)
Set aside

BOIL VEGETABLES:
Bring a pot of water to a boil & add carrots (2:17 – 2:32)
Bring a pot of water to a boil & add Chinese broccoli (2:34 – 2:43)
Set aside

COOKING ME KATANG
Add 1 TBSP of oil & add garlic to a sizzle (2:43 – 2:50)
Add vegetables and sauté (2:51 – 3:46)
Transfer sautéed vegetables to a bowl & set aside (3:46)
Add 1 TBSP of oil & add garlic to a sizzle (3:52 – 4:03)
Add 2 TBSP of Voracious Market “Sweet & Savory Marinade” (4:05)
Add 1 TBSP of Fish Sauce (4:35)
Mix 1 TBSP of cornstarch with 1 cup of water & add to wok/pan (4:57)
Add 1 TBSP of dark soy sauce (5:03)
Add 2 cups of water (5:10 – 5:35)
Add 1 TBSP of granulated chick broth (5:43)
Add 1 TSP of sugar (5:55)
Add 1 TSP of MSG (6:01)
Add sautéed beef into wok (6:10)
Add wide rice noodles into wok (6:24)
Add one cup of water to achieve gravy consistency (7:10)
Add sautéed veggies into wok (7:27)

Scrambled eggs was not included in this dish, but is an optional addition
