How to make ceremonial cacao - Cacao Ceremony ☕

This is the ceremonial cacao I use:

A sacred drink that helps to connect you to your heart, intuition, inner child, and sacral chakra. The more you connect to the spirit of cacao the more you can better listen to your inner guidance. ❤️

Recipe:
1 - 1.5 tablespoons of ceremonial grade cacao or regular cacao
Dash of salt
1 cup hot water
Add sweetener of choice to taste: maple syrup, honey, panela.
1/2 teaspoon maca powder (optional)
Tiny bit of cayenne pepper (optional)
Tiny bit of rose powder (optional)

You can make your own variation of a cacao drink. Other ingredients which you can add in: cinnamon, vanilla powder. You can use plant based milk instead of hot water.
