I had no idea that the secret to eating less and losing weight was learning how to no longer desire my favorite foods.

I couldn’t imagine not eating my favorite dishes.

Food was everything to me.

I thought a life of eating salads sounded miserable.

And here I am, years later, doing just that and loving it.

I eat salads almost every day.

I don’t use food to bring me joy.

I only use it to fuel me.

The best part of life isn’t what I’m eating.

It’s how I feel.

I feel amazing.

I have inner peace and contentment.
