Established in 1969, and a pioneer in the fiberglass boat manufacturing industry in Asia for over 50 years, Neil Marine is one of South East Asia's Largest Fiberglass Boat Builders, to date we have built and supplied over 40,000 vessels and exported more than 2000 vessels to markets in UK, Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

Our company is approved by classification societies such Lloyds Register of Shipping, Det Norske Veritas and American Bureau of Shipping to build boats under their respective classifications. In addition, we are also approved to build vessels under IRS (Indian Register of Shipping). Our facilities are also certified by ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System. (Audited by Lloyd's Register, Asia)

Neil Marine is also approved by the Sri Lanka Board Of Investment (BOI) and thus we are entitled to import duty waver for export production which enables us to manufacture our vessels at a very competitive price. As a result many of our clients have gained a competitive edge by building their vessels through us.

In addition the group also holds many reputed agencies such as Shell Lubricants, Suzuki Out Board Motors, Yamaha Inboard Marine Diesel, Doosan Marine Engines, Vetus (Marine Components), BLA (Marine Components), Saertex (Fibre Glass Composite), Mastervolt Marine Electrical items under its name.
