Cosmonaute 360 is a Mexican project that generates interest in science through entertainment.

With a series of immersive short films, designed specifically for exhibition in educational spaces such as schools, museums and new media festivals. This project boost interactive experiences between children and tutors with activities that promotes family values and new ways of learning.

🎬 ABOUT THE PROJECT:


Developed by the creative group Dessignare Media, the content is distributed for free at an international level thanks to the British Fulldome Institute and multiple partnerships.

Available in 360 format for digital domes and virtual reality sets. Exhibition rights are granted in exchange for a collaboration agreement in which educational forums commit to promote education with playful activities. The objective is to awaken the children's curiosity prior to a formal class on topics such as astronomy, physics, chemistry or ecology.

After the screening of the short films, the audience is invited to answer curious questions to learn together while having fun. Inviting children to start their own research with the support of their parents or educators.

The short films have been carefully designed to attract the attention of children. And by being free of dialogues allows the project to break the language barriers to be distributed globally.

In episode one, our space traveler is sailing home, but after suffering an accident with an asteroid, he is forced to land on an unknown planet. A strange rabbit will help him by teaching him a valuable lesson about friendship.

The first episode of Cosmonaute 360 is now available worldwide in distribution for a network of more than 80 planetariums and currently impacting in more than 12 countries.

The theme of the second episode will be ecology and seeks to motivate children to reduce plastic consumption by showing the consequences of its use.
