Inks Lake State Park at a Glance - A Texas Hidden Treasure!

Inks Lakes State Park is truly one of the best hidden gems in Texas located in Burnet County, Texas. This park has some of the most beautiful hiking trails, extremely clean bathrooms, gorgeous campsites, and some of the best views of the Texas Hill Country. Devil's Waterhole, one of the main attractions, is a small extension of Inks Lake, which is almost completely surrounded by rock. The rocks of the park called Gneiss which is a granitic gneiss that dates back to1,232 million years old. If you have a chance to visit this park, please do so! We highly recommend this park!
