This category collects the following:
all 102 cages, all 11 magicians, all 2119 Tings, all 65 lives, all 112 P-Orbs, all 82 Fist powerups and The optional infinite helicopter powerup in Eraser Plains.

This all without taking a single hit and without dying.

Great how it lines up to exactly 99 lives at the end!

Reason why I don't collect everything in certain levels on the first visit:
Pink Plant Woods, Swamps of Forgetfulness, Moskito's Nest & Twilight Gulch: You can't get everything on the first visit.
Anguish Lagoon: Technically doable without a revisit but it's much slower.
Bongo hills: Setup Speed Storage for Moskito's Nest
