This video is about how to make a healthy vegan curd. There are many ways to make vegan curd. In this video, we will learn to prepare vegan curd using cashews. In addition to English language, the subtitles of this video are available in Malayalam -മലയാലം , Gujarati - ગુજરાતી and Hindi - हिंदी languages.

Recipe:-
Ingredients:-
1. 1 cup or 100 gms cashews
2. water to soak cashews and make cashew milk
3. 8 green chili tops.
Method:-
1. Soak 1 cup cashews in water for 2 hours.
2. Drain the soaked water and grind the soaked cashews by adding fresh water, until smooth paste/ cashew milk is formed.
3. Heat the cashew milk for 30-40 secs.
4. Allow it to cool until it reaches room temperature.
5. Add 8 chili tops and cover with lid (do not put air tight lid).
6. Let it ferment for 10-12 hours.
7. Vegan cashew curd is ready.
