In today’s video, I am sharing a few books that I am excited to read for December, and my mini gratitude journal that I created for the month of November.

November has always been a favorite month for me, with Thanksgiving, and several birthday celebrations, November boasts a time of gratitude. Although, I have been consumed with sadness and grief, my ability to lean into my thoughts and feelings, taking the time to be still and reflect on all the things i am grateful for has been helpful.
