This is the first video in a possible series of home table tennis training. My name is Page and I am an intermediate player with experience coaching beginner and intermediate players. I learned this game as an adult so I have some insights on the particulars of learning this game and the journey along the way. I will use the robot (and returnboard sometimes too) along with practicing my serves and discussing strategic development and tactical choices.
