UTAH TO WASHINGTON ON A DRZ400S

This ride took place in Sept of 2018. My daughter needed a car near Salt Lake City, UT where she lived. So I put my hitch mounted motorcycle carrier on the back of the Rav4 and drove to Utah. I then told her to sell the carrier and I rode my DRZ400S back home. This was my first long ride on any of my motorcycles over the years. Ran into some horrible wind and rain storm on the ride. I was blown of the freeway East of Boise Idaho and nearly hit a fence. IN Washington a ride was not so lucky. I was on small city roads trying to avoid the wind when a cops told me someone had passed away that day. to be careful of the winds. Gopro cut out a bit before Washington. it was a old gopro 5. only recently found the footage and made this video. Like it, don't like it, just wanted to put it out there. A DRZ400 is more capable than some give it credit. 80+ mph all day one I-80. Enjoy the ride....GET OUT AND RIDE
