How to play Power Hammer Catalyst (Post Patch Guide)

I know that it is highly likely catalyst will see some nerfs soon considering it's outstanding performance, but with the influx of many new to elementalist players in the scene, i thought i would make another guide in an attempt to help people understand how it works which then in turn will help you apply these things in practice properly. Compared to my previous guide, this time i took a different approach, which is that i am basically taking apart the rotation, analyzing every little piece that affects your dps and then putting them back together. Even if the dps gets lowered by touching coefficients, i can't see any significant change being made that will change things by a lot, so this will be useful anyway. Disclaimer: i am not that much of a golem player, i use special forces training area to test/learn stuff but other than that i am not capable of reaching benchmarks. My guide is aimed to be beginner friendly and go over every single thing (which might seem unecessary for many people) but also details that probably most players who attempt to play catalyst don't really think about.

Small Update: This video doesn't need any changes post patch,the only thing different is that you can now delay icy coil and rocky loop by a bit without your dps suffering. And something i just noticed and i don't know how it went past me all these days i have been spending in the training area, elemental epitome makes your leap/blast/finisher skills perform combos which in turn can provide an aura. Which means cleansing typhoon (water 5) when comboed into gives you one (frost aura in this case) and also an EE and EA stack. This is relevant at this point since you combo it in different loops than crashing font. I don't think there is any way to edit it in the video now so i am just putting it here
