Syrian Balloria

Ingredients:
250 gms kataif/ kunafa dough
350-400 gms nuts
1/2 tsp cardamom / elaichi powder
Unsalted butter


Honey - sugar syrup
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup water
Combine both mix well


Baking method -

Turn on the oven and leave 10 minutes until its temperature rises. After that, insert the kunafa tray into the oven and then set the oven temperature to 160 or 170 degrees and then leave the kunafa in the oven for ten minutes or a quarter of an hour according to your desire and not Let it brown and then turn off the oven and then leave the kunafa tray inside the oven until the knafeh becomes more coherent, and after 3 hours, take the tray out of the oven and you have to cut it according to your desire, preferably square pieces until the pistachios appear in it from all Aspects.
