Ep. #15: Conducting Warrantless Vehicle Searches

You can conduct a warrantless vehicle search when:

1. You have probable cause;
2. You have lawful access (not inside curtilage);
3. The vehicle is readily mobile (needs gas, tires, battery); and
4. Your search doesn't exceed the scope of your probable cause.
