a very easy way to make your own delicious chicken sausages with cling film in stead of hog casing

Ingredients:

1 kilo minced chicken
1 onion
1 egg
small bowl bread crumbs
zest of 1 lemon
spearmint
3 soup spoons yoghurt
salt, pepper, turmeric
little bit olive oil

Fine chop the onion, grate the lemon, fine chop the spearmint.
Add all ingredients to the chicken
Mix everything together very well
Take a piece of cling film and spread out about 2 spoons full of chicken on one end. now roll it up as tight as you can, twist the ends and make a small knot at each end.
Boil the sausages for 10 minutes and let them to cool down.
If you want to freeze them, put them in the freezer as they are.
Cut the knot of one end of the sausage and gently squeeze it out.
Now your sausage is ready for the grill or frying pan
