This luscious and versatile chocolate cake made with condensed milk. This rich, super moist chocolate cake is pretty simple to make, and quick too. A cake without an egg that fit for any celebration and is sure to impress! enjoy

ingredients:
for the cake :
condensed milk 1/3 cup
sugar ½ cup
cooking oil ½ cup
white vinegar or lemon juice 1tbsp
flour (all purpose flour or maida) 1 & 1/2 cup
cocoa powder 1/3 cup
baking powder 1tsp
baking soda ½ tsp
milk 1 cup

for the chocolate ganache :
semi sweet dark chocolate 200g
whipping cream 1cup

for the whipped cream :
whipping cream 100ml
powdered sugar ¼ cup
cocoa powder 1tbsp

some grated dark chocolate on top – optional

** Baking tray size 20cm **
** baking time : bake preheated oven at 170c for 30 to 35 minutes **
