Elastic lifting of the neck with safety-pins has been specially designed to treat necks with drooping skin. As in all neck lifting procedures in Elastic Plastic Surgery, dissection and skin removal are unnecessary. Elastic lifting procedures, which are performed through incisions of a few millimeters are economical and yield long-lasting results.Today, it seems incredible that attempts are still being made to rejuvenate patients while destroying the vascularization of the face and neck by means of the dissections typical of traditional lifting techniques
