Camera Exposure Settings EXPLAINED for BEGINNERS | Aperture Shutter Speed & ISO

Описание к видео Camera Exposure Settings EXPLAINED for BEGINNERS | Aperture Shutter Speed & ISO

I explain camera exposure settings for beginners. Aperture, Shutter Speed & ISO are what make up the brightness of the image with some small side effects.
Aperture is my favorite because it also gives depth of field also known as Bokeh. This is that cool blurry background effect. The lower the Aperture number, the brighter the image. It makes it harder to focus but is best in low light.

Shutter speed for video is typically set as double the frame rate. This rule can be broken at times but the side effect is unrealistic motion blur. Lower the shutter speed number, the brighter the image.

ISO is like artificial light so I like to keep this low. If you go too high, you get grainy/noisy footage. The higher the ISO, the brighter the image.
Bonus: find out your cameras native ISO for the best image quality.

Lastly, Color correction will help your videos quality a lot by getting the most dynamic range
