This is so much more than I could have ever offered myself. There seems to be a lack of in-depth training into the dangers of working around excavations and trenches here in our area. I am just going to double check that all the depths mentioned are the same for us in Canada!

In parts of Canada workers are required to take Ground Disturbance 201, however it really only tells them the requirements, especially for potential contact with utilities – doesn’t truly explain/show how to achieve what they expect in terms of the entire excavation process, and the other hazards that go with it. Your DVD really bridges that gap between the legislated training and actually working with/in excavations and trenches."
