When we were on the Island of Oahu, we stopped by Costco and I purchased a few bags of Macadamia Nuts. I have kept those bags in my freezer and have decided to start making some recipes with them. This week I am sharing the recipe for these delicious coconut macadamia nut cookies. These turned out so delicious, they are buttery, chewy, nutty and overall very yummy!
