Wild moment Nancy Pelosi snaps at CNN anchor over question about Donald Trump

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has scolded CNN anchor Jake Tapper during a live on-air interview.

The pair’s testy exchange came after Tapper asked Pelosi about Donald Trump's recent claims about Kamala Harris.

The former US president claimed Vice President Harris has worse cognitive problems than President Joe Biden.

Before the CNN anchor had a chance to finish his question, the 84-year-old Pelosi cut him off.

“Donald Trump's saying that Kamala Harris has bigger cognitive problems than Joe Biden,” said Tapper

“Why would you even cover that,” Pelosi hit back.

The former house speaker immediately hit back at Tapper’s question, defending Harris and criticising Trump.

“This is a person who's not on the level, he is their nominee for president. He is incompetent,” she said.
