Bio
Ann Marie is a qualified social worker of 21 years; working in frontline child protection and manager of 14 years. She worked across children social care and education settings for 18 years. Roles include school improvement advisor, DSL coordinator and trainer, LADO, LSCB trainer, local authority safeguarding auditor, and child protection advisor to schools. She is also an Associate consultant with NSPCC, CCPAS, COIS, ISI Consultancy, BSA, AEGIS, and SATIPS. She's been involved in two serious case reviews and also writes regular articles for Headteacher's Update, SEN magazine, and more. I deliver workshops at national conferences.
