Ready for that second viewing? Here's Phil's advice on some things to consider and look out for:

Start with the surroundings e.g. unwanted noises
Visit at a different time to your first viewing
Consider seasonal changes
Check neighbouring properties
What's the local area like?
What amenities are there?
Is the garden looked after?
Are there any access problems?
Are there any cracks on the outside of the building?
Check the loft and the roof
Check for damage, damp or pests
Check doors and windows
Inspect the radiators, taps and the boiler
