Recipe:

Chimichurri sauce prep:

1/2 cup of parsley (finely chopped)
1/2 cup of cilantro (finely chopped)
2 tbs of fresh dill (finely chopped)
1 Fresno pepper chopped
4 garlic cloves chopped
Chopped shallot
3 tbs of red wine vinegar
1/2 tps of dried oregano
2 tbs of lemon squeezed
3/4 cup of olive oil
1 tps of salt
1 tps of black pepper

Churrasco (skirt steak)

Season Powders: Salt, pepper, garlic, onion

Steak basted with butter, fresh garlic, fresh parsley, fresh rosemary, thyme.

Tostones (fried plantains) instructions:

Cut and peel platano (plantain)
Heat avocado oil in medium heat
Place the platano in the hot oil and cook for about 4 minutes or until golden
Remove platano from the, smash each piece with the bottom of a mug or jar until evenly flattened
Crank the heat a bit higher and fry platanos again until golden brown and crispy and remove from oil on to paper towel.
Sprinkle with light salt
