Best Registeel counters are types like Primal Groudon, Mega Garchomp, Shadow Garchomp, Landorus, Mamoswine, Rypherior, Excadrill, Machamp, lucario, and Terrakion.

Registeel will be 100% IV if you encounter one with 1398 CP and with the weather boost 1748 CP. Good luck hunting for a Shundo Registeel.
