I did the arm-in guillotine wrong for 15 years. Here’s how I fixed it.

For 15 years, I did the arm-in guillotine choke wrong. Sometimes I would get less experienced grapplers to tap out, but it never worked on anyone good. So for the longest time, I ignored the arm-in guillotine, in favor of a standard guillotine choke. It was never a go-to submission for me. But all of that has changed thanks to a simple positional adjustment.
