Is this $70,000 LENS worth it?

Описание к видео Is this $70,000 LENS worth it?

Since it was released in 2014, the Canon CN20 50-1000mm has been used on almost every high end wildlife documentary. It's 20x zoom and servo control combined with its relatively light weight have meant is has become the go to lens for natural history documentary. But it's not cheap! At just under $70K its an incredibly expensive lens.

I bought myself a Sigma 60-600mm lens as it has a 10x zoom, and so provides a nice range for filming wildlife at a fraction of the cost.

In this video I make a comparison of the 2 lenses and try to explain why the CN20 costs 35x more!
